  CUSTOMER CENTER LAUNCHING

The purpose of this circular is to provide information concerning the launching of customer center in Saudi Air Navigation Services (SANS).

Customer center is web-based services, which is available on SANS web site www.sans.com.sa and can be accessed worldwide via internet.

It is an easy way for the aviation community (Pilots, Aircraft Operators, Organizations, etc) to access SANS services through the internet.

We continually strive to deliver technologies that enable our customers to make the best use of SANS services. In an effort to provide our customers with the most comprehensive set of web-based services

SANS is invested in forging partnerships and providing a superior level of service to its customers. The center provides web-based services making interaction faster, easier and more efficient,

Customer center provide you with:

  1. - AIMs:

    • Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) products (KSA Aeronautical Information Publication (eAIP) including amendments and supplements, Preflight Information Bulletin (PIB), Monthly valid NOTAM, NOTAM checklist, etc.).

    • The AIM products are available through registration in Customer Center website. The official source of the KSA Aeronautical Information publication (AIP) is in soft copy distributed by (DVD). KSA AIP provided within the customer center is for planning only.

  2. CIS History:

    • To review and track communication history with SANS.

  3. Complain - Inquire – Suggest (CIS):

    • To submit the complaints, inquiries, suggestions and clarification related to SANS services.

  4. Pilot briefing:

    • To prepare a bulletin based on the effective NOTAMs through Web Based Pilot Briefing System (WBPBS). The following types of PIB can be provided:

    1. Aerodrome Briefing

    2. Special Area Briefing

    3. Normal Route Briefing, and

    4. Narrow Route Briefing

Many of these features can be previewed just by becoming a registered Member (valid e-mail address required). Users who choose not to register will have a limited access only to raise complaints, inquiries, suggestions and track their cases status.

  2. Fill your information’s

  3. Select the desired services

  4. Verify your email

  5. Welcome to our customer center

After receiving the login and password, start using the Customer Center services.
