OEBH AD 2.21 NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURES
|
|
Aircraft operated below ALT 10 000 FT, anywhere, must not exceed the following values of indicated airspeed (IAS), except that the minimum safe operating speed for a particular aircraft shall always be the determining factor when it is greater than the maximum speeds prescribed below unless otherwise authorized or required by an ATC unit.
Within an aerodrome traffic circuit:
Turbine engine aircraft - 200 KT (230 MPH / 370 KPH); unless otherwise authorized or required by an ATC unit.
Elsewhere:
250 KT (288 MPH / 460 KPH).

OEBH AD 2.22 FLIGHT PROCEDURES
|
|
2.22.1 General
-
All aircraft landing within or over flying Bisha ATZ shall call bisha TWR for assistance.
-
All aircraft operating within Bisha ATZ shall reference altimeters to the officially reported QNH for Bisha Airport when at or below the TA.
-
All aircraft landing within or over flying bisha to contact Bisha TWR at least 15 minutes before entering Biah ATZ and to maintain continous listening to Bisha TWR frequency.
2.22.2 Communications
-
Two-way VHF/UHF voice communications capability is mandatory for all flights intending to operate within Bisha ATZ.
2.22.3 Communications Failure
