OEWJ AD 2.21 NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURES
Aircraft operated below ALT 10 000 FT, anywhere, must not exceed the following values of indicated airspeed (IAS), except that the minimum safe operating speed for a particular aircraft shall always be the determining factor when it is greater than the maximum speeds prescribed below unless otherwise authorized or required by an ATC unit.
 
Within an aerodrome traffic circuit:
 
Turbine engine aircraft - 200 KT (230 MPH / 370 KPH); unless otherwise authorized or required by an ATC unit.
 
Elsewhere:

  • All aircraft landing within or over flying Wejh to contact Wejh TWR at least 15 minutes before entering Wejh ATZ and to maintain continous listening to Wejh TWR frequency.
