OENN AD 2.20 LOCAL AERODROME REGULATIONS

OENN AD 2.21 NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURES
Aircraft operated below ALT 10 000 FT, anywhere, must not exceed the following values of indicated airspeed (IAS), except that the minimum soperating speed for a particular aircraft shall always be the determining factor when it is greater than the maximum speeds prescribed below unless otherwise authorized or required by an ATS unit.

Within an aerodrome traffic circuit:

Turbine engine aircraft - 200 KT (230 MPH / 370 KPH); unless otherwise authorized or required by an ATS unit.

Elsewhere:

250 KT (288 MPH / 460 KPH)
OENN AD 2.22 FLIGHT PROCEDURES

2.22.1 General

  • All aircraft landing within or over flying NEOM ATZ shall call NEOM bay TWR
  • All aircraft operating within NEOM ATZ shall reference altimeters to the reported QNH for NEOM Airport when at or below the TA
  • All aircraft landing within or over flying NEOM to contact NEOM TWR at least 15 minutes before entering NEOM ATZ and to maintain continuous listening to NEOM TWR frequency

2.22.2 Procedures for IFR flights within OENN

RWY33 Climb straight ahead MAG track 331° to 5000 FT then turn on track climbing to En-route safety altitude . PDG 7.0% (425 FT/NM).

Maintain 7.0% until established En-route and reach the En-route safety altitude . RWY15 Climb straight ahead MAG track 151° to 5000 FT then turn on track climbing to En-route safety altitude . PDG 6.2% ( 377 FT/NM ) .

Maintain 6.2% until established En-route and reach the En-route safety altitude.

2.22.2.1 Traffic Circuit

  •  Right-hand circuit is used for RWY 33, and Left-hand circuit for RWY 15 is contained within a 5NM radius of NEOM ATZ.
  • Visual circuits are flown at ALT 2500 FT for fixed-wing and 500FT AGL for Helicopters.

2.22.3 Communication failure

  • Squawk 7600 mode A/3
  • Follow COM failure procedure on ENR 1.6
