The Saudi Air Navigation Services (SANS) / Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) has scheduled AIRAC amendments to the eAIP to be published every AIRAC cycle. When information has not been submitted for publication at the AIRAC date, a NIL notification will be originated and distributed by NOTAM.
These publications are issued in the form of eAIP amendments or eAIP supplements and will be identified by the acronym "AIRAC".
Originators of aeronautical information must adhere to the given schedule for planning changes to eAIP information since late information may contribute to errors and will not be accepted. The information cut-off dates will be strictly enforced.
Originators must provide AIM Department with the aeronautical information to be promulgated as AIRAC amendment at least 70 days for normal changes and at least 84 days for major changes prior to the AIRAC Effective Date. Late information will automatically be set for the next AIRAC cycle.
